Coming from the world of composite materials developed for the automotive industry, one fact became clear: innovation could no longer ignore its environmental impact. I wanted to reinvent composites and create a material that is both high-performance and responsible.

After months of research, flax fiber emerged as the obvious choice. It combines the strength of glass with the lightness of carbon.

A composite material is the intimate union of reinforcing fibers and a resin. To study its behavior, we used a transparent resin… and the material revealed an unexpected beauty. Technology could also be emotion.

Later, the encounter with Jean-Marie Massaud gave this discovery a new direction: to create a furniture brand where the nobility of natural materials meets the demands of contemporary design.

Thus, Saintluc was born.

At Saintluc, we design durable pieces, created to stand the test of time. Our creations are shaped from materials of natural origin, through a rigorous eco-design process, so that each piece of furniture can be passed down from generation to generation.
